EXFILTR provides website content and browser-native utility products. The software and information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
No Guarantees
EXFILTR does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for every use case. Product status may change as research, prototypes, and launch plans evolve.
Unfinished products are not live unless they are explicitly marked live on the website or official product pages.
User Responsibility
- Use EXFILTR systems lawfully.
- Review browser permissions before installing any extension.
- Back up important data when appropriate.
- Do not use EXFILTR products to violate laws, platform rules, privacy rights, or security boundaries.
Acceptable Use
You may not use EXFILTR systems for spam, harassment, scraping abuse, malware, credential theft, surveillance, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass platform rules. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Public Automation
EXFILTR may use simple internal tooling to draft or schedule posts for EXFILTR-owned public channels. Current policy prohibits autonomous replies, DMs, likes, follows, fake metrics, fake users, fake launch claims, and fake testimonials.
Intellectual Property And Brand
EXFILTR names, copy, visual identity, product concepts, website materials, and original documentation belong to EXFILTR unless another license or attribution is stated. Third-party names are used for research, comparison, or historical reference and remain the property of their owners.
Third-Party Services
EXFILTR may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, browser stores, X/Twitter, Telegram, or future newsletter providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EXFILTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, documentation, tooling, or products.
