// build feed

Progress notes, not launch theater.

This feed records public-safe progress on EXFILTR research, scopes, prototypes, and trust reviews. It does not imply availability.

Build feed.

This week is focused on production readiness, public trust surfaces, and reviewable internal product groundwork. No products are being presented as live.

This week
Consolidation

Public transparency layer is being consolidated.

The homepage, Lab, permission registry, product pages, rejected ideas archive, and research map now work together as one public trust system.

Prototype built

TabRest internal prototype exists.

TabRest has an internal Manifest V3 prototype for local session save and restore review. CWS submission is pending QA, screenshots, and release review.

Scoped

Refine v1 scope is defined.

Refine is scoped as a user-triggered readability workflow utility. Implementation and real-page QA come after TabRest launch prep.

Watching

Workflow invention layer added to EXFILTR research.

EXFILTR now tracks hidden browser friction, repeated workarounds, simplicity gaps, and transparent concept-validation signals alongside replacement demand.

Doctrine

Public transparency system defined.

The Lab, rejected ideas archive, permission registry, now define how EXFILTR will show progress without fake launches or hype.

No install buttons yet. Products remain in research, scope, prototype, or review states until public availability is approved and externally verified.

Progress notes stay operational.

The feed records useful changes, not every commit. The point is public clarity, not noise.

Researching

Opportunity signals.

Browser workflow collapse, hidden friction, orphaned tools, and trust-risk categories are tracked before product work begins.

Scoped

Product boundaries.

TabRest and Refine have defined v1 boundaries, out-of-scope lists, and privacy-first permission assumptions.

Prototype review

Internal only.

Internal prototypes can be built and reviewed without public install claims, store submissions, or launch language.
